These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Takabdt and its users. Takabdt is an online betting platform operating under an international license.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in Bangla. However, in the event of any linguistic discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.

Takabdt reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website when changes come into effect. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with Takabdt, the following requirements must be met:

• Must be at least 18 years years old.
• You must provide your correct full name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Each person is only allowed One Account can open.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Registration is not permitted from countries where online betting is legally prohibited.

Takabdt may request identity documents, proof of address, or other materials for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

Takabdt reserves the right to void any account created with false information, along with all balances associated with it.

Deposit:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100।
• Deposits can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers may take some time to process.
• Deposits may only be made from an account held in your own name.

Withdraw:

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals are preferentially processed using the same method as the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if money laundering is suspected.

Takabdt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses typically require wagering of 3x to 30x. Check each offer's page for the specific rate.
• Duration: Most bonuses have a limited validity period. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Restrictions: A bonus may not be claimed more than once.
• Game Limits: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet limit may apply when playing with bonus balance.

If bonus abuse is detected, Takabdt reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

All bets placed on Takabdt are final once confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details before placing a bet.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Takabdt reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets placed before the connection is lost will be considered valid.
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information is strictly prohibited.

• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets
• Bonus Arbitrage or Promotion Abuse
• Conducting transactions through another user's account
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Creating an account with false information or fraudulent verification
• Fraudulent arrangements with other users

Takabdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts under the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of terms violation
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submit required documents
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• Under the Responsible Gaming Policy, for self-exclusion requests

Before closing an account, Takabdt will notify the user by email and allow them to withdraw any valid balance (except in cases of Terms & Conditions violations).

Takabdt takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. The data you provide is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account Management & Service Delivery
• Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention
• Meeting regulatory authority requirements
• Personalized offers and communications (with your consent)

Takabdt may amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Before any changes take effect:

• A notice will be posted on the website's main page.
• Registered users will be notified by email.
• App users will receive push notifications.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may close your account.

Takabdt believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We are committed to responsible gaming and to keeping our users safe.

• Deposit Limits: Users can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: The maximum bet amount at any given time can be controlled.
• Cooling-Off: You can take a betting break for a set period of time.
